Ready for Church

My first trip to Church and Reno's...

Sunday, July 31st – My mommy and daddy took me to church for the first time today. They dressed me really pretty and stood up with me when Preacher Odis called out my name. Then I got really fussy and mommy and daddy had to take me out of church…daddy came back in church and told Nana and Papaw “lets go home” – I was hungry…Mommy said that she is not going to take me any where any more with out a bottle of formula – just in case! Then after mommy and daddy fed me, we went with Nana & Papaw to Reno’s and ate. I was asleep the whole time. This was a big day for me and my mommy!

Saturday nite, July 30th. My mommy went to change my diaper tonight and my umbilical cord was gone. She hunted and hunted and finally found it around back in my sleeper.

Aunt Amy, Great Nana Jane & Cousin Kiera Visit me!

Friday, July 29th – My great Nana Jane and Aunt Amy and cousin Kiera came to visit me. Nana Jane and Amy held me and fed me. Cousin Kiera took interest in me saying “see baby” and wanting to give me kisses all the time. Kiera also wanted to show everyone where my eyes were saying “see baby eyes”. Nana put me on Kiera’s lap and took pictures us.

Thursday, July 28th – This was the day I was scheduled to be born, but I surprised them…I am a week and 2 days old today. My Great nannie and papaw have to go home so my Nana and Uncle Matt came to stay with me. My uncle Matt took lots of movies of me.

I'm doing well and so is my mommy!

My Birth

I was born today, so my aunt Amy created me a blog for my Mommy and Daddy to keep everything up to date about me.

I was born at 2:02 PM. I weighed 6 lbs and 1 oz, and I was about 18 3/4 inches long. Mommy had to have an emergency c-section, but so far everyone is doing well.
