14 Week Weigh In

I am now 14 weeks old and I finally discovered the fifth digit (my thumb). How useful is this thing. I can put it in my mouth instead of my pacifier or I can use it to grab things (like my daddy's beard). I now weigh in at 13 pounds on the nose. Next time you will get to see me in my Halloween costume. Stay tuned.

3 months old

Samantha is 3 months old now! She weighs 12 pounds 4 ounces.

We've spent the weekend in Ohio visiting cousin Kiera (who loves to give Sami kisses).

Lacey Visits

My cousin, Lacey came to play with me today. She calls me "baby" and loves to give me my pacifier!

12 Week Weigh In

I am now 12 weeks old and weigh 12 pounds. My mommy had to get out my 3-6 months clothing and put away my summer outfits this week.

My mommy also recently accepted a new job at our local hospital (approx. 2 miles from our house) as a pharmacy tech that will allow her to spend more time with me. She will be working some evenings from 3-11...so I will see her all day and then I will go to the babysitters house until my daddy gets home to watch me on the evenings she works. We are all excited about this new career opportunity for my mommy.

Great Granny Bea's House

I went down to visit my Great Granny Bea in Perryville for the first time today. I got to play with her dog that shares my name, Sami.

My Brothers 1st B-day

My bro, Bailey Joe, turned one today. He got a new duck and some treats. I hope I get more than that for my B-day.

Family photo

Today we went to have a family portrait made for the church directory. We were supposedly going to get a free 8X10 but you know how cute I am so we had to buy more pictures of me. I just cant help it. (see example above)

11 Week Weigh In

I went to the doctor today and got another shot. I took this one better than the first one because my daddy was with me and I did not want him to see my emotional side. I weighed in at 11 lbs 14 oz and was 22 inches.

1st Day at the Babysitter's

Today was my first day at the babysitter's. I had a pretty good time but I was glad to see my daddy when he arrived to pick me up. The babysitter has 4 boys and all of them were kissing on me when I left...My dad said he is going to have to put a stop to that right now.

Mommy and Daddy's friends come to visit

My mommy and daddy's friends from Tennessee, Bill and Brianna (almost 31), came by to visit this weekend. They brought their two beautiful girls, Abbey (3 years old) and Katie (almost one), along for the trip. Abbey was more concerned with rocks and suckers while Katie just wanted to climb the stairs.
