Baby Hugs used to be Baby Cotton Candy. She was created for my brother's friend Megan, who graceously sold me a LARGE lot of ponies. :) I did Baby Hugs (and am working on a Friend Pony) at the suggestion of my brother. She even has a heart on her nose and a tush heart - just like a Care Bear.
